Information submitted through the Site’s contact form is stored in a password-protected Google Sheet accessible only to authorized Caldwire personnel. Assessment-related information is stored in a structured, access-controlled Google Drive folder maintained by Caldwire.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by applicable law. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it using reasonable data disposal practices.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Information

Caldwire does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of third-party tools to operate our business. These include:

  • Google Workspace — for email, document storage, and form submission logging. Google’s privacy policy applies to data processed through their services.

  • Framer — the platform hosting caldwire.com. Framer may collect standard web analytics data. Framer’s privacy policy applies.

  • Porkbun — our domain registrar. Porkbun’s privacy policy applies to domain registration data.

We do not share your personal information with these providers beyond what is necessary for them to perform their services on our behalf, and we do not authorize them to use your information for their own purposes.
